  • Welcome to the 2016-2017 Year of Zeta Mu At Large

    Welcome back to members of Zeta Mu At Large.
    We are looking forward to the new year of activities and events and invite all of you to participate as part of our chapter. Our first meeting will be Sept. 8th at the PLNU Liberty Station location. Once there, follow the signs to the meeting room. We will gather at 5:30 for our hosted dinner followed by a business meeting where we will share information about upcoming events. Throughout the year, we have opportunities to participate in community service, attend lectures (CEUs provided) and network with your STTI nurse friends & colleagues. Check The Circle for the annual calendar and for more information about upcoming activities. Your participation is always welcomed so feel free to join us for any event you like.

  • Welcome to new Members!

    Welcome to our new members inducted to STTI Zeta Mu At-Large.
    Our induction ceremony on April 16h at Founders Chapel on the campus of USD was a lovely event and if you attended, I hope you enjoyed it.
    I encourage you to spend some time at the STTI website, nursingsociety.org as well as the Zeta Mu At-Large site www.sttizetamu.org to learn what your membership in this organization and this chapter has to offer you. A wonderful thing about STTI is that there are opportunities for everyone, regardless of your level of experience or area of interest.
    I also want to remind you that there are scholarships and grants available and the application deadline of May 1st is fast approaching.
    There are $1,000 grants available for research or evidence-based practice projects and there are $ 750 academic tuition scholarship available.
    As a reminder to all members, there is a $2,000 grant available to support presentation of work.
    If you can use some money, do not let these opportunities slip by. The applications are on the Zeta Mu At-Large website, www.sttizetamu.org .
