  • Drowning in purses? Then DONATE them!

As you begin spring cleaning, putting away your winter purses and bringing out your warm weather items, are you finding there are some handbags that you have no use for?
Well, here is a chance to pay it forward!
The Community Service Committee of Sigma Theta Tau International Tau Kappa Chapter at Large invites you to support Dress for Success® Albany, an internationally recognized non-profit program that works to advance low-income women’s professional development.
    · During Nurses Week (May 6 – 12) Tau Kappa Chapter at Large will be collecting appropriate professional, like ‘new’ or gently worn, handbags suitable for an interview or used for work in a professional setting.

We will be collecting these handbags at Excelsior College and Empire State College. If you live at a distance, and would like to contribute, please contact the Dress for Success website at https://dressforsuccess.org to find a location near you and donate in the name of Sigma Theta Tau International Tau Kappa Chapter at Large. Thank you!
