The STTI Nursing Odyssey Conference is scheduled for November 1 - 2, 2012 in Ontario, CA. “The purpose of this joint conference is to promote communication about nursing research, education, practice and leadership, and to enhance research collaboration throughout nursing’s scholarly community.” You are invited to submit an abstract for the seventeenth joint Southern California Chapters Odyssey conference. Phi Theta of Sigma Theta Tau International invites interested applicants to submit proposals for funding. Both qualitative and quantitative proposals will be considered. All Phi Theta members are invited to participate. Masters and doctoral students completing theses, projects, or dissertations are especially encouraged to apply for support. The Chapter will make two awards of $500 each, one for a qualitative study, one for a quantitative study. Researchers using both qualitative and quantitative methods should choose one category for submission of their proposal. Aspiring and seasoned nurse researchers are encouraged to request an application. The Chapter wishes to assist in development of scholarship among colleagues.
